Rexam,
the global consumer packaging group and the world's leading beverage
can maker, announced on September 22 that, having received
regulatory approval, it has completed the acquisition of Delta
Plastics Inc, a U.S.-based plastic packaging business, which was
announced on September 6th.
Rexam sought
to increase its presence in the U.S. market with the acquisition, as
well as further its goals to grow its plastic packaging business.
Delta Plastics employs more than 350 people and is based in Hot
Springs, AR.
