Pharma says the integration of the production facilities in Haarby
into the total production plant has been successful and the company
“is now ready to further secure the competitive platform.”
According to
a press release, over the past couples of years Pharma has
experienced a positive development in both production and sales.
Integrating the new modern facility in Haarby has been part of the
process to meet the increasing market demand for Superfos Pharma’s
high quality solutions. It means both improved and increased
production and storage capacity that will allow Pharma to grow with
its customers.
In
continuation of the process to support a competitive production
platform and better serve customers across Europe, Pharma production
in Sevenoaks, United Kingdom will be discontinued in the fourth
quarter of 2005, as the facilities no longer provide a satisfactory
platform. Production at Sevenoaks will be transferred to the new
modern facilities in Haarby that have the necessary capacity and
modern technology to ensure high quality production and delivery
service.
